Materials: neon and aluminum

The challenge was to create a treatment for the top edge of an existing building that would require the installation of 750 linear feet of neon tubing 70 feet from the ground with no ground access. The neon tubing was mounted to aluminum raceways that our riggers secured from the top and hung over the edge.
